I love creating simple, enjoyable experiences that people want to return to over and over — whether that’s bingeing their favorite content, finding an unforgettable live event, or creating a better expression of who they are.

To create those experiences, I help unblock designers on my team do their best work. I foster creativity through a culture of transparency, trust, and support. I encourage my teams to understand the user, embrace business goals, and understand tech constraints so they become strategic partners with product and engineering. And I collaborate with my peers to remove obstacles.
